The CS Management
System is a mechanism for executing the CS Cycle. Its
structure extends throughout the corporate structure and is guided by the CS Committee-but its true
leader is our customers themselves.
This CS Management System is certified by ISO 9001: 2000 as part of the DISCO
Quality Management System.
The CS Committee, with the PS Company President as chairman, consists of 13
members: typically executives and managers of major corporate divisions. Moreover, the CS Committee
closely cooperates with DISCO subsidiaries to maintain the same high CS standards around the globe.
DISCO believes that in order to enhance Customer Satisfaction, the effort of each employee is essential.
For this reason, DISCO emphasizes employee CS education. The Customer Satisfaction Seminar is held regularly at a corporate-wide level, and individual divisions conduct meetings and study groups to enhance the employees' awareness of this important issue.
