Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) |

Local Community Contribution Activities |
DISCO holds an outreach program in Hiroshima Prefecture, where DISCO was originally founded and
has manufacturing facilities. The goal of this is for children, who will shoulder the responsibility of the next generation,
to learn broadly about the meaning of work, environmental problems and other issues.
Employees visit elementary schools
and conduct classes on three themes: DISCO’s business operations: (Kiru, Kezuru, and Migaku), environmental problems in
everyday life (especially the problem of waste), and safety and health issues (living and injury-free life). The classes
also include quizzes and group discussion.
| DISCO holds an event at the Head Office/R&D Center that allows participants
to directly experience the frightening nature of the shaking caused by earthquakes and smoke from fires. In
order to foster disaster awareness, the event is attended by not only employees but also nearby companies and
local residents. |

Support and Fundraising for Disaster Relief |
 |
|
 |
DISCO provides disaster support by, for example, providing donations to regions that have suffered major damage from natural disasters.
We also match the funds raised by employees in the form of matching gifts.
