DISCO was selected for this award from among the approximately 1,600 companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime market.

The Corporate Governance of the Year^® awards was established in fiscal year 2015 to celebrate companies that have achieved robust medium- to long-term growth through good corporate governance. Our company was recognized primarily for our use of corporate governance in our management which enables us to realize healthy medium- to long-term growth while driving continuous business reform.
